SPRING PRICING UPDATES

Federal Aviation AdminIstration and Through the Fence Agreements
In the recent months there has been much news about the FAA and their stance on Through the Fence Agreements. There has been proposed legislation introduced in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to modify the FAA’s interpretations on Through the Fence Agreements and these bills are expected to be voted on in late spring 2010. While this does NOT directly impact SilverWing at Sandpoint, as we have a perpetual easement for runway access in addition to an executed Through the Fence Agreement, we will continue to follow this legislation. In the meantime, additional information can be found at www.throughthefence.org.

Development Updates
We will begin the landscaping around our model unit and common areas in early May 2010. All other site work has been previously completed including the fencing and gating of the property. As we complete this landscaping work, we will continue to update our photo galleries and will also update various aerial shots of the development and the surrounding areas. You can follow the status of our developments through our photo galleries located on our website, or you can always just see it for yourself.
