With summer now officially upon us, SilverWing at Sandpoint is pleased to announce the following updates at America’s Premier Luxury Fly-In Community: a) Phase III lot pricing has been released, b) Pricing on base unit hangar and residence announced, c) 2010 Sandpoint Fly-In and d) SilverWing at Sandpoint at the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2010:

Pricing Releases on our Remaining Lots
Pricing on our remaining Phase III lots has been released. All lots have direct access to the Public Sandpoint airport (SZT) through both an easement granted to SilverWing in perpetuity and an executed through the fence agreement. All lots are ready for immediate buildout.

Pricing Announced on our Base Unit Hangar and Residential Shell – Under $600,000!
With the construction of our high-end model unit completed and the model interior furnished and ready for overnight stays we have finished pricing on a base unit hangar and residential shell. We are pleased to announce that we can offer a completed hangar and a residential shell, including the fee simple lot, started at $589,000. Buyers can also choose the option to build a hangar or a hangar home using their own contractors, subject to approval by the SilverWing Architectural Committee.

Sandpoint Airport Fly-In Event
The Sandpoint Airport Fly-In will be held at the Sandpoint Airport (SZT) on Saturday, August 14, 2010, beginning at 8:00am with a pancake breakfast. The Fly-In will include live music, lunch, beer and wine, and a film screening room, as well as fun for the kids. Most importantly we will have an impressive display of airplanes and an exciting aviation show. In conjunction with this event, SilverWing at Sandpoint staff will be offering personal tours of the development throughout the day and interior tours of our furnished model unit. Please let us know if you can make it.

Our neighbors to the north, Quest Aircraft, makers of the Kodiak Back Country Airplane are also expected to be hosting an event this same day, allowing the public to view the Kodiak Airplane and the factory where the plane is manufactured.

This year the Fly-In coincides with the 28th Annual Festival at Sandpoint which is from August 5 – August 15 and includes eight nights of eclectic music under the stars and on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. On Saturday, August 14, the Festival welcomes the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at 6:30pm . Our sister company, SilverWing Flight Services, will be available to shuttle guests to the Festival from the Sandpoint Airport, upon request.

SilverWing at Sandpoint will be exhibiting again at the 2010 AirVenture Oshkosh. It runs from Monday, July 26, to Sunday, August 1, with exhibit hours from 9am to 5pm daily. Make sure to come visit us in Hangar B, at Booth 2111.
