With summer just around the corner, SilverWing at Sandpoint is pleased to update you on the following activities occurring at America's Premier Luxury Fly-in Community: a) our Phase I Grand Opening Discount, b) the Sandpoint Fly-In Event on July 18, and c) our Grand Opening Event on September 5.

Phase I Grand Opening Discount

We have completed all of our site work and are now under construction on our first two units (Units 6 and 7) which are scheduled for completion in September 2009. With the release of our Phase I lots and model unit completion, we are now offering a 20% discount on our lot prices to buyers who purchase a Phase I lot prior to September 7, 2009. Take advantage of our early release program and become part of America's Premier Luxury Fly-in Community.

Sandpoint Airport Fly-In Event

The Sandpoint Airport Fly-In will be held at the Sandpoint Airport (SZT) on Saturday, July 18, 2009, and begins at 8:00am with a pancake breakfast, lasting through the afternoon. In conjunction with this event, SilverWing at Sandpoint staff will be offering personal tours of the development throughout the day and exterior tours of the first model units now under construction. Commencing at 5:30pm that evening, our guests will be treated to a country barbecue dinner, fully stocked bar and live musical entertainment at the SilverWing at Sandpoint property.

Quest Aircraft Company, makers of the Kodiak Back Country Airplane, will be hosting an event this same day allowing the public to view up close the Kodiak Airplane and factory. Schweitzer Mountain Resort will also be hosting their annual Bluegrass Music Festival whereby our sister company, SilverWing Flight Services, will be available to shuttle guests to the Bluegrass event from Sandpoint Airport, if desired.

SilverWing at Sandpoint Grand Opening

On Saturday, September 5, 2009, at 4:00pm, we will be hosting a Model Release Party in our first completed model unit. This event will be fully catered and we will be offering a fully stocked bar, dinner for all guests, and live entertainment well into the evening. Guests can then take personal guided tours of the community and model units throughout the afternoon and evening time. Flights over Sandpoint and the surrounding area will also be offered on a first come first serve basis.
