SilverWing at Sandpoint allows our owners the option to build either a hangar or a hangar plus residence on their own lot. Our current building plans offer five residence-style hangars and two commercial-style hangars; however, larger and custom designs are allowable. Owners can choose to utilize SilverWing-approved vendors for this construction or use their own contractors. Shell and finished building prices are available upon request.
